CREATURES SONG Out in the forest the creatures are stirring Strange lights in the sky, Can you feel it? Electrical discharge hangs in the air All is quiet now Do you care? We shape-shift in the forest ....

Doomswatch 01:22
DOOMSWATCH Sitting lonely in my room Outside daylight fades to gloom Watched the news could take no more Candle flickers, creaks the door Upon far hills beacons are lit One last act of defiance is it Too late to pray, too late to wish That nothing will become of this Across the world great empires fall Bringing death to one and all Who could accept such terrible fates? Desperate states in desperate straits Now I lay me down to sleep I pray the lord our souls to keep No more ticking of the clock As we prepare for this doomswatch

There was a time when this world was paradise There was a time when this world was oh so nice The grass was green the rivers were so blue That was the time when you loved me and I loved you Welcome to the real world Welcome to the world we left behind It's a touch and feel world It's the kind of world to blow your mind There was a time when this world was paradise (it was paradise and oh so nice) There was a time when this world was oh so nice The grass was green the rivers were so blue That was the time when you loved me and I loved you Welcome to the real world Welcome to the world we left behind It's a touch and feel world It's the kind of world to blow your mind Welcome to the real world Welcome to the world we left behind It's a touch and feel world It's the kind of world to blow your mind

The Cusp 06:05
THE CUSP Standing on the cusp of space and time Without a reason without a rhyme Stone circles surround us in this desolate place Reminding us of a simpler time and a simpler race Standing on the cusp of space and time Standing on the cusp of space and time

about

It's the end of the world as we know it.
On a brighter note, here's Tom with the weather ....
This album kind of wrote itself during a brief flurry of activity leading up to Christmas 2017. I was testing some new (vintage) recording equipment I had recently purchased (a Zoom MRS8). The Zoom has some great features but I found it very user-unfriendly. But when I used it as an interface to record onto my computer using my usual recording software (Magix) it worked quite well. I did one track to test the system (The Cusp) which went from a funk-blues jam to a space rock track, and before I knew it a new Zendad album began to form. There were two tracks that did not make it onto the album as I ran out of time but I hope to add them as bonus tracks if the album is released on C.D at a future date.
Thanks for your support, and I hope you like this album.
